Tristrams Farm lies in a peaceful location overlooking the village of Halsall 6 miles from Southport, 2 miles from Ormskirk and 1 mile from the Leeds/Liverpool Canal by footpath. 

There are two cottages located here at Tristrams, "The Stables" and "Sunset Cottage". The cottages are not easily accessed by public transport, the Arriva 300 bus operates a half hourly service to Halsall from Liverpool and Southport.
