A small family run B&B, this 1794 Farm House, set in rural Lancashire is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The farmhouse and barn have been renovated to a very good standard, and there is plenty of car parking space.

The farm is ideally placed for enjoying the West Lancashire area. Its just a few minutes walk from Burscough Bridge railway station. Trains run along this line every few minutes between Manchester and Southport. Alternatively Burscough Junction railway station is a bit further of a walk, across the canal bridge, but this gives regular access to Liverpool and Preston, with stops inbetween, ideal for visiting Rufford Old Hall.

Take your bike as Martin Mere and Windmill Animal Farm are only a short cycle ride away, or the Leeds Liverpool Canal towpath is great for a leisurely ride.

There are great walking routes too, the Wetlands and Waterways route has been specially developed by VISIT to enable visitors to walk around the Burscough area and visit the local attractions.
