Learn to Sail!

West Lancashire Yacht Club is located on the Marine Lake in Southport which provides safe sailing waters for sailors of all abilities. The club is family orientated and provides a variety of sailing and social activities throughout the year with fully accessible facilities.

The Club is proud to be recognised as a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Training Establishment and as a Champion Club for their support of Junior and Youth Sailing. The club offer a ‘learn to sail’ course for the complete beginner and skills development courses for more experienced sailors. The courses are available to both members and non-members.
