Bird Watching

A short cycle or bus ride from Southport town centre is the RSPB reserve at Marshside.  Why not hire a bike for a few hours, its only about a 15 minute ride to the reserve.

Walk along the sea wall or the old sand Haul Road to enjoy the views over the saltmarsh and mud flats. Visit their website to see what birds you might see or what events are gong on.
