Thornton and Little Crosby

To the north east of Crosby, Thornton is one of the oldest villages in Sefton. This moderate walk is 7.2km long.  View details of the Thornton & Little Crosby route.

The circular walk starts at the Grade II listed stocks and sundial in Green Lane and takes you across some of the byways and public rights of way of Thornton.

There is no railway station nearby to serve this walk, but the Arriva buses 54 and 53A stop nearby.
